I started Keach Fulfillment & 3PL because I’ve been where you are.
After building and running one of Houston’s largest eBay stores, I know what it’s like to manage inventory, pack orders until midnight, and stress about shipping deadlines. We handled hundreds of thousands in sales and maintained 99%+ positive feedback across thousands of orders. It was successful, but it was also exhausting.
The turning point came when I realized I was spending more time on logistics than actually growing the business. I wasn’t alone. I saw other talented founders dealing with the same struggle: great products, growing sales, but drowning in the operational side of things.
That’s why I built Keach Fulfillment. I wanted to create the fulfillment partner I wish I had back then, one that actually understands e-commerce, handles the details reliably, and doesn’t make things more complicated than they need to be.
